We Buy House As Is vs HomeVestors?

Has anyone sold their house to either We Buy House As Is or HomeVestors? I'm trying to decide which cash buyer to go with for my fixer-upper. Both claim to buy as-is, but I'm worried about getting lowballed. Any experiences?
