Saw a guy at a cookoff in Dalhart using a sawzall with a drywall blade to break down a whole ribeye. Meat was flying everywhere and he acted proud of it. At least a paint scraper stays in one piece, that sawzall was throwing bone chips into the next tent.

Oh man I feel this. My lab did the same thing to a knit blanket my mom made, and what saved me was just keeping a cheap throw on top of the nice stuff when we're watching tv. Like I literally have a $15 fleece from the grocery store that lives on the couch now, and the good blanket stays folded on the back until the dog is done being a wild card. If he looks like he's about to hurl I can just yank the cheap one off and toss it in the wash. The fancy one only comes out when he's asleep on the floor and I know I'm safe. It's not cute but it works.
