inThe day I found a full set of dentures under a 1970s shag carpet
Had to stop the job for an hour" seems like a big overreaction. I mean, finding old dentures is weird, but not that funny. Maybe it's just me, but that's a lot of lost time for something kinda gross.

inRemembering the smell of hot hide glue in my dad's workshop
Honestly though... is the extra time with hide glue really that big of a deal? Feels like we're talking minutes on a project that takes hours anyway. That "saved" time probably just gets spent staring at the piece wondering what to do next. The old ways worked fine for centuries without all these chemical wipes and special steps.

inMy first open house in Seattle last month was a total circus
Ever seen a house where they clearly gave up on a project halfway through? Went to look at a place where someone had started to turn the living room into a jungle theme. One wall was painted like vines, there was a fake parrot on a stand, and then they just stopped. Rest of the room was normal beige with a big ladder and paint cans in the corner. Felt like walking onto a movie set that ran out of money.

inWhy does nobody talk about using a small binder clip for coax in tight spaces?
That duct tape trick from @the_jennifer is clever for a quick hold, but the adhesive can dry out and fail over time. A binder clip gives a more solid, permanent grip on the cable without that risk. It's a small detail that just holds up better.

inPSA: I tried to run a 'zero-click' ad campaign for our endpoint security and accidentally triggered a spam filter that flagged our own domain...
Lol right? I did something like that once with a weird email filter. It locked me out of my own inbox for a day, it was so dumb. Took forever to explain to IT that I was the problem.
