Sounds like you're making a bigger deal out of this than it needs to be. Plenty of flights get delayed or rerouted and people just move on with their day. Not everything has to turn into some wild story.

Wait, he just flipped it over? Like the same wrench, same size and everything, just turned the open end around? That's wild to me because I've definitely done the exact same thing, just yanking on a wrench from the wrong angle for way too long and getting madder by the second.
