Everyone says put your LLC in Wyoming, my CPA in Reno talked me out of it last month
He showed me that with my one rental property in California I would still owe the $800 franchise fee plus a registered agent, so I ended up filing in my home state for $70 and it does the same thing for a single member setup, anyone else get steered away from the Wyoming hype?

My CPA in Sacramento said the same thing, saved me the $800 fee too.
