Friend of mine runs a small shop over in Modesto and he had a silver Tacoma come in with a door blend that a rookie had rushed. Kid spent maybe ten minutes on prep and thought he could fog it in with the gun. Under the shop lights it looked fine but out in the sun it was a mess, tiger stripes and a hard edge you could feel with a fingernail. My buddy ended up redoing the whole thing and ate the cost on it. He told me after that he won't let anyone touch a silver blend without at least a half hour of prep and a good look at it under daylight before spraying. Prep is boring and nobody wants to hear it but that old painter in Fresno is right.

Shocking that it took a literal bill with numbers on it for your landlord to care lol. Ours still acts like separating trash is some kind of personal attack on him. Good on you six for just doing it yourselves instead of waiting around forever. Two pickups instead of three is no joke, that adds up fast for a building that size.
