inI finally compared dual-path cellular vs single-path IP, the difference is huge
Doubt it. Copper beating both cellular and IP sounds like luck, not the copper. One outage in Phoenix does not prove anything, that is just one story. Cellular units also go down when towers lose power or get overloaded, and IP fails when a single fiber line gets cut because there is no second path. Copper has its own problems, water gets in, lines get old, and a backhoe takes it out just as easy. You got a good result once, but that does not mean copper is the better setup overall.

inAm I the only one who didn't know ancient trash piles are basically treasure maps for archaeologists?
Wait, have you heard about the whale bone middens up in Alaska? I read somewhere that those piles got so big over thousands of years that they actually changed the shape of the land, like whole hills made of nothing but old meals and tools. That blew my mind because you always picture history living in big stone buildings, not in somebody's garbage. The lasagna thing is spot on too, each layer is like a page in a book about what people ate and threw away. Honestly a trash heap tells you more about real life than a king's tomb ever could.
