inThat one Tuesday last month where I only had two cleanouts and both were dead simple with zero mess
My buddy Tom once found a $50 bill on the ground outside a McDonald's, and he spent the rest of the week checking his brakes every single morning because he thought it was too good to be true. I get that feeling, like the universe is setting you up for something bad to balance out the good. It's like when you get a perfect parking spot right in front of the store and you're convinced someone's about to rear-end you as you back out. The hearth sweep thing is way more specific though, that's wild. I'd probably start leaving little offerings on my doorstep just to keep whatever cosmic forces are happy. Hope you don't find a leaky pipe or a swarm of bees tomorrow or something.

inI tried both a local flower farm and a big wholesaler for my roses this month, and the farm's blooms lasted twice as long.
My local bakery's sourdough stays fresh for days, but the grocery store loaf goes stale overnight. It feels like the extra cost for local goods is really just paying for things to actually work right. Why do we accept that cheaper usually means it falls apart faster?
