inJust compared two lead gen campaigns and the results were night and day
Our old forms were so bad they felt like tax returns, lmao. @jana_hart18 gets it, making it useful is the move.

inHad a client come in for a basic facial and ended up with a full-blown chemical peel consultation (and a booking) because of a product she brought in.
Oh man, that apricot scrub story hurts. I see people with really dry, sensitive skin using those harsh foaming cleansers all the time and it just makes me wince. You really did them a solid by steering them toward something gentle. It's crazy what people think they need versus what actually helps.

inChanged my mind about using a laser level for hoistway plumb
Okay but a six inch swing on a plumb bob? I mean idk maybe it's just me but that sounds like a setup problem, not a tool problem. I've done high rises in Chicago wind and never had my line move more than an inch if it's set up right with enough weight and a steady hand. Lasers can get knocked or lose calibration way easier than people admit. Maybe it's a time saver but calling it a wake up call feels a bit much.

inShoutout to the old guy at the 2018 ABANA conference in Atlanta
Ever try using an old baseball glove? Clark.alex is totally right about needing thick leather... I cut a square from my dad's old mitt and it works perfect, doesn't even smell burnt after a whole afternoon of tinkering. That cheap craft store stuff just turns into a sticky mess.

inVent: People keep calling the new Roman site in York a 'fort' when it's clearly a supply depot
Wait, they found three granaries and still called it a fort? That's like calling a warehouse a fire station because they both have big doors. Reporters just want the click from 'Roman fort' over 'Roman storage shed.' My pet peeve is when any old stone foundation gets called a 'druid temple' instead of a farmer's barn.
