Doesn't it though? Yeah, it sucks for the rest of us when people abuse return policies and stores start clamping down.

We used Arrow for a while but switched to Monitor a couple years back after a bad experience with billing at Arrow. Monitor's been way more responsive and the techs actually take time to go over the treatment plan. No issues with termites yet but they did the Sentricon system and it's monitored regularly.

Got any examples of a repair that would've been a nightmare solo but went smooth with a team? I've always been the lone wolf type too, but wondering how you split up the actual work. Does someone always take the lead, or is it more shared? Also how do you handle it when there's a disagreement on the best way to fix something?
