Heard a CISO at a Dallas conference say they ignore any vendor email with 'revolutionary' in the subject line.
It made me check our last campaign and we'd used it twice, so I'm rethinking our whole approach to subject line copy for enterprise outreach.

My old boss used to say "innovative" was just as bad.

Wait, your boss thought "innovative" was just as bad? That's wild, @logan_ellis. It's an overused word for sure, but it's not the same as "synergy." At least "innovative" points to something new.

Seriously? So what exactly did your boss want people to say instead, @logan_ellis? Like, if you can't call a new process or product "innovative," you're just left describing every single step, which gets way too wordy for a simple update.
