Appreciation post: That $200 LinkedIn ad that actually worked
I put $200 into a LinkedIn sponsored content campaign for a new whitepaper on MFA fatigue and it got 22 qualified leads in one week. Was skeptical at first because LinkedIn ads usually feel like throwing cash into a black hole for me. Anyone else have a paid channel that surprised you with actual results?

Used to think LinkedIn ads were ONLY for brand awareness and nothing else, but this post makes me reconsider. The targeting on there can be surprisingly good for B2B if your offer is specific enough to a niche role. Might have to test a small budget myself and see if it works for my industry.

Has your friend ever tried them? Mine was super skeptical about LinkedIn ads too until he started running them for his niche consulting gig targeting mid-level IT managers. He threw like $200 at it with a very specific case study about cybersecurity for remote teams, and it actually brought in two solid leads within a week. @milacraig he said the key was making the offer feel like a solution to a very specific pain point that job title would have, not just a generic "we help businesses grow" thing. Now he's convinced it works better than Google Ads for his kind of work since you can get right into the decision maker's feed without all the noise.

Same here, a tiny test budget with hyper specific targeting finally made LinkedIn ads click for me.
