Got creative with leftovers and created a monster sandwich.

Ngl the real art is structural engineering with food. If your bread was soft and you had wet stuff like tomatoes in the middle, that's a guaranteed collapse. Next time try toasting the outer pieces and putting the drippy stuff right against the dry toast.

A man on the train was convinced I was his dentist

That's seriously the worst feeling when someone just projects onto you. Makes a normal interaction feel so unsettling and unfair. Really hope your next trip out is boring and uneventful in the best way.

Honestly, met a sweep who refuses to work on metal chimneys, calls them too risky. I've done dozens with no issues. Is this a common split in the trade?

Read a trade magazine piece last year that broke down injury stats by chimney type. Metal ones weren't even in the top five for accidents, which was surprising. The big fear seems to be about them coming apart or burning through, but that's usually from neglect. If you check the seams and supports first, it's no more dangerous than a brick stack. Guess some folks just hear horror stories and decide it's not worth the hassle. Their loss, more metal chimneys for the rest of us.

My home garage was a mess until I applied aircraft wire routing tricks.

It might seem over the top, but those wiring tricks have real benefits. They keep wires neat and protected, which is key in a garage with all the movement and mess. I used similar ideas in my space, and it's much easier to work on projects now. Ngl, the initial setup takes time, but you'll thank yourself later when nothing's tangled or broken. It's a smart way to avoid future problems.
