inI just hit 300 days in a row of writing down one good thing that happened, and the weirdest part is I don't feel happier.
Totally get that. It's easy to just write "had a good coffee" every day and call it done. The real magic is in the small stuff you almost miss, like finally getting that squeaky door hinge to shut up or finding a tenner in an old coat. Makes you look at your whole day differently.

inWarning: tried using a heat gun on a seized dryer motor pulley and ended up melting the whole housing
Honestly used to think gear pullers were overkill for small jobs. Tbh watching one pop a stubborn pulley off in two minutes changed my mind completely. Just way cleaner than beating on stuff with a hammer.

Wonder if you're writing down the same type of thing every day. Maybe you need to dig for the tiny, weird, or hard-won good stuff instead of just the obvious wins.

inJust realized I've hung over 500 sheets of 5/8 firecode this year alone
But what if reading it actually helps your back? Like maybe it makes you sit up straighter.

Totally get where @king.robin is coming from, but reading recent reviews can help you avoid those bad surprises.
