My sister said my air fryer chicken wings were always too dry

She came over last Sunday and told me straight up, 'You're cooking them too long on too high a heat.' I was doing 400 degrees for 20 minutes. I switched to 375 for 18 minutes, flipping halfway, and they came out way juicier. Do you think lower and slower is always better for wings, or does it depend on the brand of air fryer?

Nah, higher heat gets that skin crispier though. Some air fryers just run hotter than others, gotta learn your own machine.

Your sister was right, but now you owe her a wing for her trouble.
