My realtor called me out for lowballing and it was the best thing that happened
She told me my offer on a house in Omaha was $15k under what comps said and I'd just waste everyone's time. Has anyone else had their agent give them a hard reality check that actually helped?

Happens all the time honestly. People think any disagreement needs to be a full blown debate, but sometimes walking away is the smartest move.
