An old timer in Boise told me to always set the corner posts first, even if the client wants to see the whole line. He said 'The fence will tell you where it wants to go.'

Listen to that old timer. You set the line from the corners, not the other way around. Trying to force a straight run between two bad corners is how you get a wavy fence.

Two bad corners" makes it sound like this happens all the time, @joel_martinez. If you're constantly ending up with bad corners, you messed up way before setting the line. The whole point is to get your corners right first.

Remember my buddy who ignored @elizabeths51's advice?
