Manual drafting vs computer: which actually gets you better detail?
I was at a blueprint shop in Cleveland last month and the old timer there swore his hand-drawn sets had fewer errors than any CAD file he's seen. He showed me a 20-year-old set that still had perfect alignment. Do you think digital tools make us lazy with precision, or does the speed outweigh the sketchy details?

Line up your reference points before you start, that saves the big redos.

Buddy of mine drew a whole house by hand once, then realized the bathroom was backwards.

Watched a friend do that exact thing on a CAD project in school. He spent three days laying out the whole floor plan before someone pointed out the toilet was facing the sink instead of the door. Had to redo half the drawing because the plumbing didn't work the other way.
