I just realized I've been ordering my coffee wrong for years
I always got a large black coffee to go, thinking it was the 'right' way to be a coffee shop person. Yesterday, I sat for an hour in a shop in Denver and watched a guy at the next table. He ordered a small cappuccino, drank it slowly, and just looked out the window. It hit me that I was treating the place like a drive-thru, not a spot to just be. I was missing the whole point of slowing down. Has anyone else had a moment like that where you saw someone else and it just clicked?

Totally get that! I always keep a few protein bars in my glove box for emergencies. The ones with nuts and dark chocolate actually taste decent and keep you full.
