Friday night concert got rained out so I sat in my car in the parking lot eating gas station nachos instead
Was parked out at the Hollywood Bowl lot for like 45 minutes waiting for the storm to pass but they finally called it and I just sat there scrolling my phone eating those soggy cheese nachos from the 76 station down the street has anyone else gone through the denial phase where you just sit there hoping it clears up?

The 45 minute wait was your first mistake. You should have held out for at least an hour and a half. Those gas station nachos are a perfectly acceptable substitute for a live performance, especially when you factor in the convenience of eating them in your own car with the heater on. The cheese sauce has a certain chemical stability that symphony orchestras can only dream of. Plus, you saved yourself the hassle of parking lot traffic and overpriced drinks. I say you upgraded your Friday night, not downgraded it.

Gotta disagree with you there, Aaron. Waiting 90 minutes for gas station nachos is just trading one bad decision for a worse one, and the "chemical stability" of that cheese sauce is honestly more of a warning sign than a selling point.
