My team in Atlanta split on hiring a sales manager or doubling our ad spend

Three years ago, we were a five person shop just trying to get our first 100 customers. Last month, we hit a big goal and had $50,000 to invest. Half the team wants to hire a sales manager to build a real process. The other half says we should put it all into Google Ads to get more leads right now. I see both sides. A manager could set us up for the next five years. But ads could fill the pipeline fast. What would you do with that cash to grow?

Tough call, both options sound pretty solid.

Ugh I feel that so hard. Sometimes having two good choices is worse than one clear winner. The coin flip trick is real though, you get that gut feeling the second it's in the air. Hope you land on the one that feels right for you.
