Vent: I was throwing away $75 a month on coffee runs without even noticing
I used to grab a latte every single workday morning, thinking $5 wasn't a big deal. After tracking my spending for a week, I switched to making my own cold brew at home with a $15 jar from Target. Has anyone else found a small daily habit that was secretly costing a ton?

Subscription boxes are a huge money drain too.

I mean, is it really that big of a deal though? It's five bucks for something that makes your morning better. That feels like normal life stuff, not some crazy waste. Maybe it adds up, but so does everything. If you can afford it and it makes you happy, who cares? Sometimes I feel like people overthink this stuff.

Oh wow, that's a serious wake-up call. I did the same math with my lunch takeout habit and almost fell over. Sorry Wesley_Adams, but five bucks a day is absolutely a big deal when you see the yearly total, it's a whole vacation! Good on you for finding a cheaper fix that still works.
