Appreciation post: Switched to a 9-inch trowel for my pointing work

I used a 6-inch trowel for years, thinking it gave me more control. After a job in Austin last month, I tried a 9-inch one and it cut my time in half because I cover more area per swipe. Anyone else find a bigger tool actually makes detail work faster?

My cousin's wedding had a seating chart so strict, grantw32, it made me twitch just looking at it.

Honestly, just find your seat and stick with it for the ceremony. Trying to move around always causes more drama than it's worth. You can mingle freely once the dancing starts anyway.
