Serious question, whatever happened to that old dig where the main find crumbled to dust?

Oh man, that reminds me of the time I tried to fix a tiny chip on an old mug with super glue. I was in such a hurry to see it whole again that I used way too much and now it's just this ugly lump stuck to the side. Totally get the whole "rush and ruin" thing, I do it with craft projects all the time.

Noticing a shift towards visual coding tools for absolute newcomers

That block coding problem is like learning car mechanics by just connecting pre-made engine parts. You might get a thing that runs, but you won't know why it stalls. It sets up a shaky base for when you eventually have to write real, fixable code.

Unpopular opinion: I used to ignore update prompts until a nearby shop got locked out

Ugh YES and nobody talks about how updates can feel like a HOSTILE takeover when you're not techy. My aunt's flower shop lost a whole morning because the new "secure" system made her reset every password and she had them all on a sticky note. It's not just laziness, sometimes the fix feels worse than the risk until it's too late.

DAE try to hydrate with energy drinks and end up vibrating through a rivet job?

Ngl, do you really think a couple energy drinks are gonna wreck your whole job? I mean, the shakes are annoying but it's not like you drank a whole case. Lots of people use them for a quick pick-me-up without totally botching their work. That crash just means you need to pace yourself better, not that the drinks are some huge problem.

A squirrel ran off with my trail map notes mid-hike

Ugh, animals are such little thieves. A raccoon once broke into our camp and took my whole bag of bagels, but left the cream cheese. Like, thanks for that. Another time some crows got into my trash and scattered chip bags everywhere. They know what they're doing.
