inMy kids thought my job was boring until they watched from the ground
From experience, @drewgonzalez nails it, just keep answering their questions.

inRecently on a reef cleanup, we had to choose between the contract and the local marine life. Still bugs me.
Contracts exist for a reason, to get a clear job done on time and on budget. Without that structure, every cleanup would drown in debates over what counts as "right" and nothing would get finished. Sometimes you just have to follow the agreed terms, even when it feels bad.

inI dodged a phishing scam by always checking email sender details.
Glad you caught that. I've seen so many fake emails that look real at first glance. Always hover over the sender's name to see the actual email address (it's shocking how often it's a misspelled version of a real one). If anything feels off, call the person directly to confirm. Teaching your team to do the same can save a lot of headache down the line.

inHot take: Salons skipping sanitizer between clients are reckless.
But seriously, how big of a deal is it really. We touch door handles and gas pumps all day that never get wiped down. A little bit of germs never hurt anyone, it probably builds up your immune system. Feels like people are just looking for things to get upset about now. If the place looks clean overall, a quick spray miss seems like a tiny thing. The risk of actually getting sick from it has to be super low.

inSpotted daisy-chained power strips in a server room yesterday.
Seeing that makes me cringe at my own past sins.
