PSA: Bringing my own bottle to the gym stopped my plastic waste

I always bought a plastic water bottle after each workout. Switched to a reusable one I fill at the fountain. It saves me money and reduces trash every week. Such a small change that feels really good.

That "small change" idea is everywhere now, from bags to straws, and it really adds up!

Actually you'd stop buying plastic bottles totally, not just reduce waste, but cool habit change lol.

So what do you use instead, a big refillable jug? @vera514 is onto something, it becomes automatic. I filled a reusable bottle before the gym for years now and never think about buying one.

Does that fountain actually taste like metal though?
