PSA: Bringing my own bottle to the gym stopped my plastic waste

I always bought a plastic water bottle after each workout. Switched to a reusable one I fill at the fountain. It saves me money and reduces trash every week. Such a small change that feels really good.

That "small change" idea is everywhere now, from bags to straws, and it really adds up!

So what do you use instead, a big refillable jug? @vera514 is onto something, it becomes automatic. I filled a reusable bottle before the gym for years now and never think about buying one.
