A random kid's imagination gave me the best laugh today

I was on a bench when a kid said my coffee mug looked like a spaceship, so we made up a story about it. His mom said sorry, but I said it was fun and we all laughed. What's a time something silly like this happened to you?

Honestly, that coffee mug spaceship story reminded me of something similar. Tbh, I was walking my corgi once when a little boy yelled that he looked like a rolling loaf of bread. We ended up making up a whole bakery adventure right there on the sidewalk. His mom even played along and asked for a "puppy pastry." Ngl, it was so random but totally made my day.

Man those totally random sidewalk moments are the best. It's like when you see a kid point at a dog and their whole face lights up. Those tiny bits of silly human connection just stick with you. Could be having the worst week and then you remember someone calling a corgi a loaf of bread. Makes you smile every time.
