Hot take: Team meetings crush graphic design inspiration
I get my best visual concepts when I'm working solo, not listening to pointless chatter. If management wants better designs, they should let us think in peace.

Tell me about it, that noise just kills any creative flow. I've had whole ideas evaporate because someone was droning on about something unrelated. Solitude is the real tool for this job.

When you mentioned 'pointless chatter,' that hit home. I make a rule to always schedule solo work blocks right after group meetings. That way, you can use any loose ideas before they fade from all the talk.

Smart move, locking it down fast. Does that help you feel less fried after meetings too?
