Does it actually help with eye strain or just make everything blurry and huge?

So does it come with a tiny usher to help guide your finger to the right spot on the screen, or is that a separate purchase? I just picture myself poking wildly at a giant, blurry app icon like a confused giant.

Honestly, I get where @jennifer204 is coming from, but it's not that hard to find the icons after a few tries. My mom uses one and she stopped poking around like a confused giant pretty fast. It just takes a little getting used to.
