Hot take: I heard a guy at the coffee shop say 'just raise your rates' is the only advice you need.
I mean, maybe it's just me but that feels like telling someone to just hammer a nail without checking if the wall is load-bearing first, you know? Has anyone else found a situation where raising rates actually made things worse?
