Hit 30 years of mortgage payments this month and it caught me off guard
I finally reached the point where I've paid off more than half my original 30 year loan from 1995, and I still remember signing those papers like it was yesterday. Has anyone else been surprised by how fast or slow their timeline actually went?

Does hitting that halfway point feel different than you expected? @janarivera put it well, it really is both forever and no time at all. I remember thinking 30 years seemed like an eternity when we signed, but then life just kind of happens and you look up and bam there it is.
