Stitched a sample seam backwards on purpose to test seam strength
I was frustrated with my jacket seams pulling apart after a few washes, so I deliberately sewed a test piece with the wrong side facing up to compare tension. Has anyone else messed with stitch direction to fix weak spots?

Flip it and stitch from the back side, it saves SO much unpicking time.
