Tbh, my plumber friend said something about using dish soap on stripped screws that actually worked

My uncle Frank is a mechanic and he swears by bar soap for getting a tight seal on a spark plug. It's wild how much random household stuff has a second use. I saw a guy on YouTube fix a stripped screw with a rubber band. It feels like we're all slowly rediscovering these old school hacks because the "right" tool or product is either too expensive or just not around when you need it.
