Small victory: My mobile hotspot saved a client meeting

Internet went down at my Airbnb right before a big call. Pulled out my backup and everything went smoothly.

Your mobile hotspot save reminds me of when mine kept a movie going during a power outage.

The flip side is those data caps can sneak up on you. Burned through my whole month's allowance once just keeping the internet on during a blackout. Got hit with a nasty surprise on the next bill.

Ugh mobile hotspots are actual lifesavers in those moments. I mean mine got me through a whole storm last year when the wifi died.
