Had a week where every single customer canceled on me last month
Three jobs in a row bailed between Tuesday and Thursday, one lady said her dog ate her flooring samples which I still can't tell if that's a joke or not, has anyone else had a streak of bad luck like that or just me?

Yeah but sometimes its just bad luck too, not everything has a deeper meaning.

Honestly I gotta push back on this a little. You say "streak of bad luck" but that three jobs fell through in a week doesn't sound like bad luck to me. Seems more like a pattern where maybe your booking process or customer screening is the real issue here. Like that lady with the dog eating flooring samples? Come on, that's a pretty obvious excuse and if you couldn't tell she was joking or not that says something about how well you vetted her before taking the job. Ngl, when I get multiple cancellations close together I always look at what I could have done different instead of blaming the universe for it.
