Shoutout to the free password manager I finally tried after avoiding them for years

I always thought keeping my passwords in a browser was fine until my cousin's account got hacked in Seattle last month. After that, I downloaded Bitwarden and it actually made everything way easier, not harder. Has anyone else switched from browser saving to a real manager and noticed a big difference?

Same thing happened to me. The auto-fill is way more reliable than my browser ever was.

Wait, your browser auto-fill was ever reliable? Mine would try to log me into my bank with the password for my pizza delivery account. It was a mess.

Yeah, the pizza password for your bank thing... I had that happen too. What fixed it for me was going into the browser settings and clearing out all the saved logins for just those two sites. Then I logged back in fresh and made sure to click "save" only on the right one. It's a pain but it stops the mix-ups.
