PSA: My small crew's phishing test failure rate dropped from 40% to 5% in one quarter.
We started doing a mandatory 5-minute security video every Monday morning instead of a monthly email. Has anyone else seen results this fast with regular, short training?

Actually, I'd be a little careful with those numbers. A drop from 40% to 5% in just three months is huge, maybe too huge. I mean, phishing test failure rates usually creep down slowly. Maybe your first test caught everyone off guard and the second one was easier. It's great it's lower, but I'd want to see it stay that low for a few more quarters to be sure the training really stuck.

Harperg76 is right, that drop does sound like a statistical miracle. Maybe your next test should be an email offering free jet skis.
