That $60 weighted blanket I bought is now sitting in my closet
Saw a TikTok about how weighted blankets fix sleep anxiety so I spent $60 on one from a random site last month. It was way too heavy and made me feel trapped, plus the beads all shifted to one corner after two washes. Anyone else regret a cozy purchase that looked good online?

Washed mine twice and the beads did the same thing. Ended up just donating it to Goodwill cause it was making my sleep worse honestly. The weight distribution thing is the main problem nobody talks about. Those cheap ones just dump all the fill in one spot and then its basically a sandbag. Good blankets need those little fabric dividers sewn inside to keep everything spread out.
