Oh man, I feel that. My old robot vacuum was the same way. It would get obsessed with one corner of the kitchen and just keep banging into the same cabinet leg, over and over. You start to wonder if it's got a grudge against that spot or something. Technology just develops these weird little glitches that feel almost personal.

Try putting a small piece of tape on that leg.
