Pulled a weird foam art at the coffee shop on Main last Tuesday
I tried to free-pour a fern on my latte and it came out looking like a messed up octopus, so does anyone know if there's a trick to making the foam cooperate or should I just stick to hearts?

Why not try steaming the milk a little less next time so you have more control over the pour?

Less steaming time makes it harder to get that silky microfoam for detailed pours. Try a full-throttle stretch early then sink the wand quick - way more control for the tricky stuff.
