For me, that's a huge deal because three years ago, I was struggling with unhappy customers almost every other month. The big change was starting to send a simple one-page summary before we even start, showing the exact steps and timeline. It sounds basic, but it sets everything clear from day one. I track it all in a basic spreadsheet, and seeing that number hit 50 felt amazing. It's not about being perfect, it's about building a system that works.
