inGetting tired of finding dishwashers with the drain hose looped wrong
Remember most dishwashers have a check valve built into the drain pump now, so the high loop is more of a backup than a necessity on newer machines. Point your customer to the manual that came with the unit, it usually spells it out in simple diagrams that are hard to argue with. If the handyman skipped the loop and the drain line is long enough, you can sometimes just zip-tie a loop up under the counter without even pulling the unit out.

inGot attacked by a squirrel in an attic in Wichita last Tuesday
Friend of mine had a possum drop down right behind him from a rafter in a garage attic down near Austin. He screamed like a kid and smacked his head on a joist trying to spin around, ended up with a bruise for a week. The possum just stared at him and waddled off like it was no big deal.

inVent: I used to think people who talked to their dogs were weird
Talking back to a machine just makes you the villain in its silent GPS revenge plot.

inClient told me my pleats looked "too perfect" and I had no idea what to do
Maybe it's just me but this whole thing makes me wonder if the boutique owner was testing you to see how well you take direction. Some buyers want to know you can adjust on the fly, not just deliver a perfect product.

inMy coworker showed me a 99 cent trick for hiding cables
Oh man that binder clip trick is genius lol. I did something similar with a sticky note and a paper clip for my phone charger at home. Just folded the sticky note over the edge of my desk, poked a hole in it, and stuck the paper clip through so the cable stays put. Costs like nothing and it works way better than those expensive cable organizers you see online. Another thing that helped me was using those little command hooks on the back of my desk. My keyboard cable used to drag across my mouse pad all the time and it drove me crazy. Now it just hangs there out of the way and I don't even notice it.
