Update: I mean, maybe it's just me but sketching out my weekly meals in my bullet journal totally cut down on my food waste last month

Honestly my broccoli stems end up in the trash bag more often than not, @alicehernandez. I buy the nice organic stuff and then just stare at that massive stem like it's a puzzle. My dog gives me this pathetic look, waiting for me to just give up and hand it over.

What are you doing with the greens before they go bad? A lot of people store them wrong, which makes them wilt faster.
