Rant: Bought a whole set of fancy stencils I never use
I saw a video for those 'MochiThings' stencil packs and got the whole 12 piece set for like $35. I thought they'd make my weekly spreads look amazing, but honestly they just slow me down. They've been sitting in my drawer for months now and I always just grab my ruler instead. Anyone have a good use for a pile of stencils, or should I just pass them on?

That "solar system diorama" was their one glorious mission before retirement.

My garage has a whole shelf of single use craft supplies. It's not that deep, just stuff we thought we needed in the moment. They'll probably get tossed in the next cleanup.

Oh man, that hits close to home. I bought a set of those geometric stencils for drawing borders on my kid's school projects. Used them exactly once for a solar system diorama. Now they just live under a pile of old coloring books. I keep telling myself I'll use them for greeting cards or something, but a straight line from a ruler is just so much faster.
