What helped me was just taking a break from looking at prices, @faith_thomas. Have you tried that?

Pressure in your bones" seems like a really strong way to put it. It's just the cost of things going up, not a medical condition. Maybe we make it worse by how much we talk about it. I get that it's stressful, but calling it a physical feeling might be overstating it. Sometimes stepping back from the news helps more than stepping back from prices.
