Tbh, I once fixed a flat tire only to find the customer had filled it with jellybeans.
Honestly, it was the stickiest mess I've ever had to clean up in the shop.

My grandma swore by the sugar trick for a leaky radiator back in the day. I tried it once on my old car and just made a sticky mess for @harperg76 to imagine. So yeah, maybe they were onto something, but I clearly wasn't cut out for it.

Yeah that sweet leak fix thing reminds me of hearing sugar can be a temporary seal.
