Had to choose between a straight razor shave or a hot towel beard trim for a nervous first timer yesterday. Went with the trim. He left happy.

Ugh, I see this all the time now. People take one small comment online and blow it up into a huge fight. It's like everyone's just waiting for a reason to be mad. What happened to just letting the small stuff go?
