Found a cracked solder joint after chasing ghosts in a nav system

I had intermittent failures on a GPS unit that drove me nuts. Finally spotted a hairline crack on a board connector under a magnifier.

See @wyattmiller's point about tiny flaws. They're often the root of the weirdest issues. Fixing them gives you that "aha" moment.
