I thought those cheap infrared paint curing lamps were total junk until I tried one on a small bumper repair in my home shop.
After seeing a perfect, bubble-free cure on a tricky metallic basecoat in under 15 minutes, I'm now wondering what other budget tools I've been unfairly dismissing... has anyone else had a similar 'aha' moment with an off-brand piece of equipment?

Yeah, those harbor freight ones are why I always use wheel chocks too.
