I used to write my daily to-do list on a legal pad until my grandson showed me a free app called Todoist in 2022.
Now I can share grocery lists with my husband and set reminders for my medication, so what other apps do you recommend for someone who isn't very tech-savvy?

Check out Google Keep for notes and lists, it's super simple and syncs with any device. For photos, Google Photos automatically backs up your pictures and is easy to search. If you pay bills, your bank's own app is usually the safest and easiest bet. Honestly, stick with the big names like Google or Apple because they're designed to be straightforward. Trying a bunch of weird apps just complicates things when you've already found a good system with Todoist.

Doesn't @the_aaron have a point about sticking with what works? Sometimes the simplest tools are the best ones.

The big names are simple, but they also have the personality of a wet paper bag. Sometimes a weird app has a feature that actually fits how your brain works. Sticking with the basics is safe, but it can also be pretty boring.
